Pokemon - They're pretty F@#$% DANGEROUS!

(Loosely inspired by this and this)

Cue Epic theme song.

Let's be serious for a second. Pokemon are deadly and dangerous; sometimes downright creepy.

Sometimes, on a dark night, your shadow thrown by a streetlight will suddenly and startlingly overtake you. It is actually a Gengar running past you, pretending to be your shadow. To steal the life of its target, it slips into the prey's shadow and silently waits for an opportunity. On the night of the full moon, if shadows move on their own and laugh, it must be Gengar's doing.

Duskull can pass through any wall no matter how thick it may be. Once this Pok?mon chooses a target, it will doggedly pursue the intended victim until the break of dawn. If it finds bad children who won't listen to their parents, it will spirit them away--or so it's said. It loves the crying of children.

It tugs on the hands of children to steal them away. It is whispered that any child who mistakes Drifloon for a balloon and holds on to it could wind up missing.

Shedinja's hard body doesn't move - not even a twitch. In fact, its body appears to be merely a hollow shell. It is believed that this Pok?mon will steal the spirit of anyone peering into its hollow body from its back.

The flames it breathes when angry contains toxins. If they cause a burn, it will burn forever

Once it begins to rampage it will burn everything down, even in a harsh storm.

It attacks by curling up, then rolling into it's foe, it can blow apart a house in one hit.

Despite its looks, it is aggressive. It jabs with it's long thin mouth if it's disturbed while collecting pollen.

Yes...it STABS you... (Collected from actual pokedex descriptions.)

So where am I going with this? Thing is, when I see a pokemon roleplay...all I can think of is BLEGH. And I love pokemon, everyone does, really but it's not very role-playable on it's own. (I 've been digging up some roleplays and noticed some have people turning into pokemon, pokemon turning into people or a virus outbreak that render pokemon purely aggressive.)

Lets have another spin on pokemon shall we? Pokemon replace animals in the human world. Hence Europe, Asia, North America, and South American countries are at play here. It's everything we know about the world + Pokemon.

Laws are imposed on Pokemon as most are only visual through zoos, certain work areas, and a select few, sold as pets. Recently, the rate of Pokemon aggression is rising for some unknown reason and the R.R.P.O (Rapid Response Pokemon Outfit) is recruiting individuals such as yourselves because a lot of their recruits keep dying. The R.R.P.O is a global-wide response unit launched to whatever area of the world where a pokemon has wreaked havoc and neither the police or the national guard in some cases, cannot stop them OR when the government really, really don't want the public to see something.

The R.R.P.O looks for men and woman who wish to serve as protectors of humanity. These men and woman must be above the age of 18. It's favourable if they have a pokemon but it's not recommended. The R.R.P.O outfits their men and woman with a very wide variety of weapons ranging from swords to explosives to guns to pokemon themselves.

Thing is, the R.R.P.O is secret. No-one's supposed to know how much they're really needed and everyone thinks there's only about a hundred pokemon in existence. But we know better.

If you survive training, and succeed, then you're in for the full-time job.

Roleplayers would consists of multiple recruits and a select few veterans who would lead recruits in teams of four around various parts of the world returning order to the chaos Pokemon would bring or merely suppressing the existence of legendary pokemon and dangerous species.
