My computer has been freezing constantly. The only way I can avoid the computer freezing is by going onto safe mode, which I am on now.
This is a test result from a test i?ve run, I have ran many tests from other applications. Is there any way someone can help me fix my computer? By the way, it says that it was moved to the vault yet when I run the test again it re-appears, and the computer still freezes.

I HAD MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, but I couldn?t open it, or un-install it. Also, I have already run all those programs you told me about. This is my family?s computer and I don?t think i?m allowed to format it. Also, when I ran the malicious software tool from Microsoft it came up with one infection Trojen:Win32/Alureon.BF. It said it was removed. I have really tried many ways of getting rid of this problem.
