Health is the well being of your body and mind. It also means eating the right food staying active and to not always be stressful.
What is Cardio-vascular Endurance?
Cardio vascular endurance means to be able to exercise for a long amount of time.
What is Flexibility?
Flexibility means being able to move your joints freely
What is Body composition?
Body composition means how much body fat you have in comparison with muscle.
What is Muscular Strength?
Muscular strength means you have well developed muscles. A strong muscle doesn?t necessarily mean that you have good endurance.
How can and why should you test your fitness?
You can test your fitness by taking your blood pressure or by seeing how long it takes to run a certain distance. You can also measure how many push-ups or sit-ups you can do. You should test your to see if you are at the correct standard for your age. If you do not do well on a fitness test, it tells you that you need to make improvements.

My Fitness
I think I have good fitness because I usually score well in comparison to my classmates. In the 12 minute run, I came in second. I think my flexibility is average. I can touch my toes, but I know that other people can wrap their hands around their feet. In the vertical jump I scored well, coming in first or second. My parents have forced me to pay close attention to my body fat since I was very young, and have made a rule that I must always be playing a sport and watch how much food and sweets I eat. I think that body composition and overall fitness are important. I like being able to compete well in many sports.
My Fitness Plan
I would like to improve my running endurance and my upper body strength. To do this, I intend to go to the gym at least twice per week and run distance at least once per week.
3 Goals:
Be able to do XX pull-ups
Move up one place in cross country
Free Weight Bench Press XX Kgs
