Awful events also form part of routes to improvement of well being. These could be the losing ones job, loosing a person that one loves or calamity that leads to loss of personal property. At this juncture, one has to decide how best to enhance his life.

Making a decision to decide is the first step towards self improvement. Constantly made decisions are much important towards personal upkeep. If bad events follow and one allows them to form part of his or her life, then self progress will not accompany.
